All items are handmade to order, therefore:

We are not responsible for canceled events or packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Please check your items on the day you receive them and notify us immediately if there are any issues.
In the rare event that we make a mistake with your order, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
If your package arrives damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. This is necessary for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
