All items are handmade to order, therefore:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

  • We are not responsible for canceled events or packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

  • Please check your items on the day you receive them and notify us immediately if there are any issues.

In the rare event that we make a mistake with your order, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

If your package arrives damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. This is necessary for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
